To that end, we use only the finest ingredients so quality is never sacrificed. In our kitchen, we take no shortcuts and use no mixes. You will savor every bite whether it includes butter from France, rich Valrhona chocolate, vanilla beans from Tahiti, almonds and pistachio nuts from Sicily, fresh fruit purees or some delectable combination of them. What varieties of flavors do you offer?
Our extensive menu runs the gamut from the traditional to the unusual… after 10 years in the kitchen, we have cultivated a wide variety of fine-tuned recipes to provide something for everyone. Our flavor choices include, but are not limited to vanilla bean, Valrhona chocolate, Sicilian pistachio, mocha and various fruits. How much do your cakes cost?
Our cakes start at $8 per serving and all our clients are welcome to come for a tasting.

Do you ship cakes?
Due to the fragility of the cake decorations as well as freshness, we do not ship cakes at this time. Each cake is hand delivered to ensure its safe arrival. Our cakes are typically delivered within the tri-state area, although we can accommodate further destinations.
